Yes. Facebook and TheFork are third-party platforms: the rules change, and visibility costs money. The site is yours. Anyone searching "[your business name] Brescia" on Google should find it on your site, not on a page that could disappear.
Wix is useful for getting started, but here I hand you a site that's already done, hand-written, quick to load and with no mandatory upkeep. In short: fewer compromises, more control.
About an hour and a half spread over a week: 30 minutes to choose the direction, 30 minutes to review the menu and the copy, 30 minutes for access and final training. The rest I handle myself.
